1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GMB On Top ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
GMB On Top provides a Google Review automation platform that includes:
- Smart QR Code standee generation for customer review collection
- AI-powered review draft suggestions for customers
- Private feedback inbox (customers can also post on Google)
- Staff performance attribution and leaderboard tracking
- Business analytics and conversion reporting
- WhatsApp notification alerts for customer interactions
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate business information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One business per account unless on an Enterprise/Agency plan
4. Subscription & Billing
- All new accounts include a 3-day free trial (no credit card required)
- After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly based on your selected plan
- Card payments may be processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy; JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfers are paid to us directly
- Failure to pay within 3 days of the billing date may result in account suspension

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
- Use the platform to harass, spam, or abuse customers
- Attempt to manipulate Google Maps rankings through prohibited means
- Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform's source code
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
6. Google Review Compliance
GMB On Top facilitates genuine customer review collection. All AI-drafted reviews are suggestions only — customers are free to edit, modify, or write their own reviews before submitting to Google. We comply with Google's review policies and do not incentivize, fabricate, or manipulate reviews.
7. AI-Generated Content
Review drafts generated by our AI service are provided as starting points for customers. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or acceptance of AI-generated content by Google or any third party. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before submission.
8. Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of your business data, customer feedback, and scan logs
- We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvement
- Upon account termination, you may request data export before deletion
9. Limitation of Liability
GMB On Top is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Changes to Google's review policies or API that may affect service functionality
- Loss of reviews, rankings, or business due to factors outside our control
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control
- Actions taken by customers based on AI-generated review suggestions
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
